1. What we can and cannot remove

We can only change what is published on jerkoffvideo.chat itself: the texts, the drawings and the layout. Streams, profiles and messages inside the live chat sit on Coomeet’s systems, not ours. For those, use the report tools in the chat or contact Coomeet directly.

2. What your notice should include

  1. A handwritten or digital signature, yours or that of an agent the owner has empowered.
  2. The protected work that, in your view, was copied.
  3. The full address on this site where the material sits.
  4. How we reach you: name, mailing address, telephone and email.
  5. In your own words: in good faith belief, the owner, its agent or the law never allowed this use.
  6. Under penalty of perjury: the notice is complete and true, and you either own the right or speak for its owner.

3. Counter-notice

Think a removal hit your material wrongly? Then file a counter-notice through that same form. It must carry your signature, the address where the material used to be, a sworn statement under penalty of perjury that the removal happened by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and agreement to the jurisdiction of the federal district court where you live (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which the site may be found).

4. Repeat problems

Anyone who repeatedly sends us infringing material will not have it published here again. Notices that are clearly false or made in bad faith may themselves create liability for the sender.
