1. What this site contains

jerkoffvideo.chat consists of text and a handful of drawn shapes: a mirror, a lamp, a frame. Nobody working for this site has filmed, photographed, commissioned, purchased or published sexually explicit material of any kind. This site therefore does not act as a primary producer or a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

2. The third-party chat

Start connects visitors to a live video chat that Coomeet owns and operates. Streams in that chat run over Coomeet’s systems only; this site does not pass them along, view them or keep copies. Rules for members, checks of age and any records required for that service are matters for Coomeet. A stream that worries you can be flagged with the report function inside the chat.

3. Adults only

Everyone who reaches the chat through this site has to be at least 18 years old. Content involving minors is never acceptable. If someone on screen might be underage, close the session straight away, report it in the chat and inform the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org, 1-800-843-5678). Outside the United States, contact the police or the national internet hotline of your country.
